Disputes

Disputes arise in many guises and forms. When they arise, they can be unfortunate and stressful to all parties. Examples of disputes can include:

  • Boundaries
  • Tenancies
  • Planning
  • Partnerships
  • Employment
  • Welsh Government and other public bodies
  • Sale and purchase of livestock and deadstock
  • Contract
  • Wills, Probate and Trusts
  • Matrimonial

At Milwyn Jenkins & Jenkins, the priority is to always consider sensible and cost effective ways of resolving disputes. This can take many forms such as negotiation, mediation and arbitration. If none of these are successful and the case goes to Court, we have considerable experience of dealing with Court cases in a robust manner with a very good track record of success.

"Working on our legal requirements both personal and business over the last ten years has been a painless exercise. My only ask at the start was that I have reasonable access to a Partner, promptly, when necessary, and they have provided that service as promised. I would recommend Milwyn Jenkins & Jenkins to you unreservedly. I do wish I could say the same about my bank!"
Kevin Curran, Chairman, Invertek Drives Ltd
