WILL I RECEIVE COMPENSATION?

It usually takes about 2 - 3 months to reach a negotiated settlement. A claim for unfair dismissal must be made within three months from the date of your dismissal. In Milwyn Jenkins & Jenkins' experience, most cases are dealt with within 5 – 6 months from when proceedings are commenced.
All work we deal with in this regard are dealt with at an hourly rate as identified on the home page under Fixed Costs. Currently, there are no fees to apply to the Employment Tribunal. We would expect our fees to prepare the application to the Tribunal to provide initial advice to be in the region of £300 to £500 plus VAT (£360 to £600.00).
Litigation can be an expensive process.
